Laura, who likes Portland Brew, shared her hummus recipe. It is pretty much the same way that I learned to make it, but she's inspired me to try it using soaked dried beans instead of canned. I've never planned ahead enough to cook much of anything with dried beans, so I don't know that I'll notice the difference. I will at least know what I am doing, thanks to Whole Foods Market's bean how-to.
