Brittney and I went to Bound'ry many many months ago, and it while we had a table that I didn't like, it was a very nice meal. Some big changes must be happening in the kitchen lately, because they are hiring for lots of jobs: several kitchen positions, servers and expo, sous chef, and bartenders and cocktail servers. Also, the ads claim they are under new ownership. About the only things I didn't see listed were head chef and hostess.
I have no idea if the chef is new, or who the new owners are, or what brought this on, but it seems pretty major.
